WEVA interview with wedding videographer Timotei Jinar from Bucharest, Romania
I grew up in a small city named Sebes and after I finished high school I've started working in a small studio while in college. After 3 years of working and studying I graduated computer science and headed for Cluj Napoca enrolling to a new school, the University of Art and Design where i planned to study photography and video. After two years I found my self working hard in the states to buy some filming tools and as soon as I came back in my country I started shooting weddings with two of my friends! It's been almost three years now since i've shot my first wedding alone on a DSLR, now we are a happy team that has a lot of fun working together trying to learn more and more. For now I work at home with one of my colleague. I never dreamed of being a wedding videographer but now that I do it I like this! The first weddings that I shot more than 7 years ago while working at that small studio and as well acting in some music videos and commercials for a friend of mine, Eduard Schneider, turned a switch in me and I said to my self I want to do this and do it the best I can! And God helped me until now and I think He gave me this talent and He will still help me do this better and learn more!
